Jessica is a Partnerships and Digital Finance Services expert with over 17 years demonstrated professional experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, Accountancy regulation and Microfinance. She has a strong background in Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagements & Liaison, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, and Digital Financial Services. Jessica has served under different capacities at OPay, Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco), the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA and Cetzam financial services. During her tenure at Zanaco Plc, she headed Strategic Alliances where she signed up key strategic alliances in various business sectors and industries to drive financial inclusion and facilitate the provision of innovative digital financial solutions. Her work revolved around creating and managing partnerships with Mobile Money Operators, Banks, Retailers, Donors, Government agencies, and Development Organizations. Previous engagements include working for the ZICA where she rose through the ranks with the last position being Head Business Development, Strategy & Communication.
